Great question. I am sure you know one or two realtors in your circle of friends/family, but I am a Seniors Real Estate Specialist who has gone through special educational courses and training for the challenges and situations that clients aged fifty and over might face. Real estate agents who gain the SRES designation have to complete a set of training courses on senior real estate challenges and needs. In addition to that, I’ve worked as an occupational therapist in long-term care facilities for over 20 years which provided me with in-depth knowledge and life experiences in dealing with all the “stuff” associated with relocating elderly to a senior care facility, finding a good/reliable care agency, and selling your loved one’s home in a timely manner with least hassle. We have an extensive referral source of cash-buyer investors, moving-out crews, housecleaning crews, junk removal companies, home organizers, general contractors, nursing home social workers, home health agencies, assisted living facility placement agencies as well as probate/estate planning attorneys. You don’t have to look anywhere else. We can take care of everything you need. I can guarantee that you’ll find every suitable solution you’re seeking from us.

Don’t worry. We have an extensive network of cash-buy investors who can make a cash offer on the spot and close the deal as quickly as in 7 days.  I understand that you’re busy and don’t like to waste your time. Who would? We buy as-is condition. No need to clean up or fix up. You don’t have to lift a finger. (Well.. except when you have to sign the paper.)  Discretion is of the utmost importance when we serve our clients who wish to remain private. I’ve built a reputation for being dependable and trustworthy when it comes to the highest levels of confidentiality.

I am specialized in selling and buying houses where the elderly residents have to transition to a senior care facility, hospice situation, or passed away in their beloved family house. I understand the stress and burden that the family members have to go through in this kind of home sale transaction. The cost of senior living is so high that the family typically must sell their home in order to pay for that care. I am an expert with handling all the “stuff’ related to selling as-is condition, cleaning up, deferred maintenance issues and connecting with cash buyers who can close quickly.

Any condition does not scare me away: Structural issues, Unpermitted work, Unfinished construction, Large liens, Title issues, Code violations, Major repairs needed, Facing foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Fire/mold/water Damages, Hoarder home (Full of stuff or Trash), and Inherited property you’ve never lived in.  Rest assured that there is no situation that we are unfamiliar with, and we have a solution for almost every type of real estate transaction.

As a matter of fact, it’s up to you! If you want a fast closing, I can find a cash buyer who can close as fast as in 7 days. If you need more time to say Good-bye to your old house, we can accommodate that. Even if your elderly parent needs to stay in the house after the closing (for example, they’re in hospice care or need to find an assisted living facility to move into), we can accommodate that too. Let’s have a conversation and figure out a timeline that works for YOU.

We can purchase your home before the auction date. We have a strong network of cash buyers who can make an offer today. We have a great deal of experience in communicating with lenders effectively to let them know that your home is going to be sold soon and stop the foreclosure process immediately. If your home is worth less than what you own on it, that’s our expertise as well. Our brokerage specializes in working with short sales.
