I have worked as an occupational therapist in long-term care facilities across Southern California for about 20 years, specializing in helping seniors regain independence after strokes, heart failure, fractures from falls, and other serious conditions. As a licensed Realtor and Certified Probate Sale Specialist, I extend that care beyond recovery by assisting seniors in finding the right housing for their next chapter—especially when returning home is no longer an option.
